Unable to Access My Content

Hi,

I am currently unable to access my older transcripts and I have a lot of them. I don't want to use my credit to redo them but do need to access the transcipts.

When I click on "View Old Content", it takes me to this link

https://v1.transcript.lol/myTranscripts

And this error is displayed :

Error loading plans

Request failed with status code 401

Please advise as I do need some of my existing content in the next week.
