Transcript Editor Improvements: Speaker Management and Undo/Redo

I want the transcript editing experience to be improved. It's incredibly frustrating trying to manually split and reassign speakers; it constantly joins or splits unwanted sections and reassigns sections without prompt. Also, trying to undo/redo actions is incredibly frustrating. These issues make me not want to use the service.
