The Speaker is not reflected in the download if not done on all pages.

If you go ahead and change Speaker 1 and Speaker 2 to people's names and try to download the transcript, it will be changed, but only for the transcript portion shown on page 1.

You need to change the name for all the pages of the transcript to have it reflected in the downloaded transcript.

STR:

• to go transcript

• change Speaker 1 to a person name

• download the transcript with speaker information

• open and observe that the name goes back to Speaker 1 (instead of the person's name) later in the transcript. The part that is on Page 2.
