Scrollable folder selection list for moving items

I want a scrolling feature in the folder move interface. Currently, when moving a folder, the vertical list of contents goes off the page if there are many items, making the 'move' button inaccessible. I have to zoom out to see it, but this won't work as my directory grows. I need a scrollbar or a way to access the button regardless of list length.
