Reduce frequency of 'how was your transcript' feedback popup

I want to stop having the 'how was your transcript' pop up so often. It's annoying now that my ranking is always a 4. I'd like the frequency of this feedback prompt to be reduced or for there to be an option to disable it once a consistent rating has been established.
