Mobile Quick-Start: One-tap recording, Volume key trigger, and Resizable Widget

I want a way to start recording with a single action from my phone to reduce friction. Specifically, I'd like to be able to assign the volume up key to start a recording (no screen time needed) and have a resizable widget on my home screen for one-hit recording. Right now, I have to open the app, press record, and then press transcribe.
