Make YouTube Monitoring available on all plans

I want the YouTube auto-import/monitoring feature to be available on all plans, including lower-tier or free plans. Currently, it is restricted to Unlimited and Team plans. Allowing all users to auto-import content would provide a better user experience through regular email updates and likely lead to higher conversion rates as users see the value of the product more frequently.
