Make YouTube auto-import available for all plans

I want the YouTube auto-import/monitoring feature to be available for all plans, including the free tier. Currently, it is only available on the Unlimited plan. Allowing all users to auto-import content would improve the user experience through regular email updates and likely lead to more revenue as users would need to upgrade their transcription limits after importing content.
