Japanese and Mandarine video is always without clear timeline
I tried to transcript the japanese or Chinese video instead of English, and it always without clear timeline. All text into one section 00:00 - 27:55 for example in the video below

Thank you for the help!! I do see some improvements but still not working well if there is only one person to talk in the video for both Japanese and Chinese youtube video.
For example, the following two videos without any timeline, exactly same as screenshot before --> almost single timestamp for whole videos

I selected the correct languages for the video above so I think it is something wrong for other Japanese and Mandarin.
All English videos are good to distinguish correct timestamp.

We worked out the root cause of this. Working to deploy a fix by next week.
