Issue with Monthly Account Quota /Not receiving my 400 min quotas /

Dear Support Team

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my account (henryjbs@gmail.com). I am supposed to receive a monthly quota of 400 minutes as a premium user, but I have only been receiving 387 minutes per month.

It appears that the system is deducting the minutes I used as a free user before upgrading to premium. This has been happening for the past few months.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can receive the full 400 minutes each month. Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from me.
