I have continuous problems to access my account

I have continuous problems accessing the site, in the sense that the button to go to login to access my account does not respond; it is as if it were blocked, so it is impossible for me to use the application with my credits, but only in the free reduced version, useless for me. How can I solve the problem? Thanks
