How do we get Help from our Account?

(Firstly, well done with the recent product improvements).

I’ve encountered an error and there’s no access within my Account to ask for assistance. I’ve just created a Workspace, and when I try to go back into it, I get a new page with a ‘404 error’ message. I’m not able to Delete the Workspace either, since I can’t access the Settings for that Workspace.

Please assist, and help us seek assistance from within our Account.
