Hebrew language support

I sent you a lot of inquiries more than 3 months ago and still haven't heard back, your service really disappoints me. I'm considering giving you a bad review of the service and the product.

I purchased this product because I thought it would have Hebrew support, and you haven't even gotten back to me with an answer about the future, will there even be Hebrew language support?
