Global Glossary / Custom Vocabulary for Corrections

I want a "Global Glossary" or "Custom Vocabulary" feature where I can save a master list of word corrections (e.g., mapping multiple incorrect transcription forms to one correct word) once and have it automatically applied to all my transcripts. This would save me from having to manually copy-paste the same correction instructions into every new report's custom prompt.
