Export timestamps in hh:mm:ss format

Feature Request
The user needs to export timestamps in hh:mm:ss format because their podcast host requires it. This feature would reduce an extra step for the user, who currently has to convert the format using another tool like ChatGPT.

    With our new notes feature, you can just select “Transcript“ and select the exact format you want for the output.

    To always get hh:mm:ss (even when hours is 00), please select “custom” for formatting and give a custom prompt to get ai to format exactly how you like it.
