create transcript

Hi, I purchased a lifetime license with App sumo. I can no longer find my credits, nor my transcripts. And in the new home appears this image to me.

When I go to the old version there are no transcripts and if I click on create transcript it sends me to the page that is attached in the image.

I need to transcript urgently but I don't know how to do it. Can you give me directions? Thank you
