Confusing UX/UI - "Insights"

I generated all the “insights” or content rather from a video interview. Then it all disappeared when I clicked back into the “insights” section.

I couldn’t find it anywhere until I clicked into the usage area and clicked “view” which opened them but it’s not clear where I am at that point.

Also, if I use this regularly that’s going to be an unpleasant experience going to the usage page and scrolling to find content instead of going to the folder > recording > content (is it really an “insight” or is it “content” being generated?).

AI Chat
I used the AI chat and generated something, but I’m not clear if that’s charging tokens.

It would be great to see the usage bar with renewal at top nav while I’m creating content so I know how much is left for the month.

Prompting
Prompt output is a bit generic and clunky. Would be great to have some prompt modifier for each piece of content - what’s the context of the input and expectation for the output.

I saw the prompt fields and it looks like I could go in and edit but haven’t tried yet. Would be weird to change the prompts every time. So adding context before generating that adds to an optimized prompt that’s loaded in the system would be cool.
