Bulk Export Fails Silently for Batches of 12+ Transcripts

Feature Request
I want to be able to reliably export large batches of transcripts (e.g., 12 or more) without silent failures. Currently, when selecting 12 files, only a subset (e.g., 7) exports successfully, and the rest fail without an error message. Exporting in smaller batches (5-6) works, but is inconvenient. This is likely due to an undocumented limit or timeout in the bulk export process.

    This is truly a major inconvenience. In my case, whenever I try to export more than one transcript simultaneously, a pop-up appears prompting me to migrate to the Unlimited Plan. I currently hold a Tier 4 plan from AppSumo.

    Our bulk export is built to work for up to 50 or even 100 recordings at a time. This is definitely a bug.

    I apologise for the inconvenience. I normally look at failures proactively but in this instance, the failure was so silent it didn’t show in our job logs either.

    I will keep you posted on this.
