Allow users to set default recording mode (Audio/Voice/Both) in Chrome Extension

The Transcript LOL Chrome extension currently defaults to "Audio" recording mode. Users should have the option to change this default setting to "Voice" or "Both" to ensure their side of the conversation is always captured, as the current "Audio" mode may not include the user's voice.
