Allow reducing audio playback speed on transcriptions

As a user, I want to be able to reduce the playback speed of the audio file while viewing the transcription. This would be very helpful for my German students who are learning French, as it would allow them to practice their pronunciation and comprehension by shadowing the audio at a slower pace.
