Allow modification of custom prompts in the Prompts Library

As a user, I want to be able to modify the custom prompts I have created in the Prompts Library. Currently, I can create new prompts, but I cannot edit them after they have been saved. This would be helpful for refining and improving my prompts over time without having to delete and recreate them.
