Add YouTube Channel Name as a variable in prompts

Feature Request
As a user, I want to be able to automatically include the YouTube channel name in my prompts. This would be useful for providing more context to the AI when generating content based on my YouTube videos. It's important because the channel name often contains key information about the video's topic or creator.

    At the moment this can be achieved by creating custom prompts per channel and writing channel name in the prompt.

    We will inject more metadata about the recording into the prompts automatically in future. But youtube channel as a specific variable is too specific.
