Bulk uploads — fast & reliable

We made significant changes to the way our uploads are handled. This should improve the speed and reliability of our uploads. There’s still work to do in this area and we will continue to invest here.

Faster Transcriptions

What gets measured gets improved — we work with this ideology

We are constantly monitoring transcription accuracy, speed, and reliability. This month we invested significantly into improving the turnaround times for transcriptions — without compromising on quality or reliability of our service.

Public API

Transcript 2.0 now offers a public API with detailed documentation. You can use the API to manage recordings, uploads, transcripts, and AI insights. The API also comes with webhook support to automate your workflows!

  • Team Collaboration Boost: Auto-created team and shared spaces when inviting members, plus a new notice boards to indicate when you are in a shared workspace.

  • File Management Overhaul: Background uploads (keep working while files upload!), bulk upload support, and folder management (rename/delete)

  • Zapier Integration: Early preview of our Zapier integration is now is the works

  • YouTube Live Support: Import and work with YouTube Live videos

  • Fixed several critical issues including app crashes, workspace deletion problems, and sign-in/out bugs

  • Enhanced billing page clarity and credit spend tracking
