Chrome Extension, Infrastructure Upgrade & Fixes

Our Chrome Extension is officially out! Download it from here today. No meeting bots bs, just one click to record & transcribe your meetings from any platform — Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webinars etc.

This is just the first version and we will continue to improve this.

Critical Infrastructure Upgrades

This week, we ran into some issues related to our GPU provider. This caused unusually long wait times for some of you. I have personally emailed to everyone affected by this and promised to find a long term solution.

Here’s what we have done to avoid such situations in future:

  1. Diversified our GPU providers

  2. Implemented smart fallback strategies when we detect issues with a provider

  3. Scaled up our servers to smoothly handle peak demand

As we continue to grow, I will constantly monitor and scale up our infrastructure!
