February may be the shortest month, but our changelog certainly didn't get the memo. Here’s a list of key features and improvements we shipped this month.

Reliability Upgrades

Since mid-January, we are experiencing a big spike in demand. Our infrastructure has held up well for the most part but we did hit some intermittent issues.

We upgraded our infrastructure and also made significant changes to our tech stack to fix intermittent errors. Other improvements include:

• Reduction in errors with file uploads

• Improved uptime and availability of our web app

• Significant reduction in errors when deploying new versions of our web app

Improved Bulk Exports

Before, our bulk exporter would place each of your requested file formats in a subfolder per recording. Many users complained about this being harder to use with their workflows. Now all output files in the bulk export are placed in the same top-level folder, making it easier to archive or feed transcripts into downstream AI models.

New UI Language and Improved Translations

You can now change the language of Transcript LOL’s UI to French. We also made significant improvements to our translations so that you can access all our content in the selected language.

• Dashboard app

• Blog posts

• Marketing pages

• All our Free tools

• Legal pages

• All our verified reviews

It was a MASSIVE undertaking but we think it’s worth it! This is just a start, we are going truly global soon! 🌏

Other Improvements

• Improved our n8n integration authentication flow and dynamic types

• Minor fixes in our Mobile app

• Fixes and improvements to our free downloader tools

• Zoom and YouTube integration access fixes for unlimited seat users
